Department of Accounting Services

By establishing the Department of Accounting Services, the Union of Agrinio continues to facilitate the local farmers’ initiatives. The Department is focused on the effective and smooth integration of the interested parties into the new Farmers’ Regime, as in force since 01.01.2014. In addition, its aim is to offer to the farmers accounting and tax compliance services.

The Department constitutes a new service that aims to fully update the tax-obligated farmer to submit his/her tax return on the basis of the new legal frame, as established by the relevant decisions of the Ministry of Finance.

Given the obligation of farmers to keep books and the general difficulty that characterizes the new process, the Department of Accounting Services undertakes even the filling in and submission of tax returns on behalf of the farmers, the book-keeping (revenue and expenditure accounts), the entry of invoices and other receipts, providing all the services offered by a fully equipped accounting office.
