Maintenance

The Union of Agrinio has undertaken, for 20 years, the maintenance and observation of about 500 functioning photovoltaic power stations of the producers it represents.

In this context it has substantially invested both in equipment as well as staff, since this new department occupies 20 employees. The services provided by the Union are separated in 3 levels, including precautionary and repairing maintenance as well as a series of administrative services. More specifically:

1. Precautionary Maintenance

The Services of Precautionary Maintenance are executed in order to deter any incident that might occur in the Park, aiming to maximize the facilities’ availability and productivity and to prolong its output lifespan. It includes the following activities:

2. Repairing Maintenance

The Services of Repairing Maintenance are performed in order to amend predicaments that might occur in the Park or to repair any anomaly concerning the overall operation of the Park. The following are performed:

  • In case of equipment damage
  • During prearranged seize of function for important repairs or replacement of specific devices or spare parts, like inverters of transformers
  • After specific request by the Project’s Developer, referring to specific damage
  • After a preceding action, as a result of Precautionary Maintenance Services

The Repairing Maintenance Services include:

  • Analysis of the problem.
  • Removing or abolishing defective equipment or parts of it and installing new, or its repair and reopening.
