Concerning the services provided, the Union of Agrinio has installed a private wireless communication network that covers all the power stations, by using three different tele-communication technologies: satellite, Wi-Fi and 3g. For this reason 21 telecommunication nodes and transmitters have been installed in selected facilities of the Union and specific photovoltaic stations.

The renovated facilities in “Stadiou” area, in Agrinio, offer diagnostic and remote monitoring services, which, among others, include:

Collection of data and saving output parameters.

Collection of data and saving problem cases that will be used for Repairing Maintenance Services.

Interpretation of data, aiming to locate and eliminate defects.

Remote surveillance 24h a day/7 days a week.

Constant image recording at the DVR, located inside the photovoltaic park, with the possibility of reproducing recordings of, at least, the previous 5 days.

Transmission of image and alarms from the photovoltaic park.

Coordination with the Police and other Authorities.
